
The VDC transmission is based on the functional principle of hydrostatic-mechanical load-sharing.
Because of the modular design and the extensive use of series components, the transmission system can be adapted to suit special function and installation requirements at little expense. Several sizes and designs in elongated form for tractors or in offline versions for use in telehandlers, construction machinery, etc., are available.
Due to power transfer in power split mode, excellent degrees of efficiency are achieved. The combination of transmission and a suitable engine or vehicle control guarantees highest operator comfort even under the most extreme working conditions.
