4-drive test rig HAP06

Function and layout

An electric motor drives the input side of the test sample (truck test axle). The left and right output flange are coupled to electric motors via a connecting shafts.
The extra output of a tandem axle can be loaded by a fourth electric motor.
These electric motors simulate the vehicle speed and the dynamic load.

Cooling and heating of truck axles can be achieved by an oil conditioning
system, cooling of small truck axles can be achieved by air-cooling.
