The newly developed stepless transmission VDC represents a milestone in CVT and IVT technology. The VDC ("Variable Double Clutch") transmission combines the specific advantages of double clutch transmissions with the functional advantages of hydrostatic and electric variators. Further areas of special emphasis include the development of stepless drives for ATVs. The combination of a vane pump with a vane motor in conjunction with an overriding drive enables continuous adjustment of the transmission ratio without gear shifting.
